Based on that evaluation, we'll create a Service and Care Plan that reflects your specific needs. From getting up in the morning to getting around all day, help is always close at hand.

All of our residents at Vanderbilt Farms Assisted Living require some degree of health and well-being monitoring. We specialize in directed care including dementia and respite care. Our home provides complimentary and customizable assisted living services for all our residents.

Daily Activities
Daily activities are a part of our program that enriches the quality of life of our residents. Some of our activities include but not limited to nature walks, games, puzzles, afternoon tea, and movie nights.
24-Hour Professional Care
Certified manager and professionally trained staff care for our residents around the clock.
Delicious, Nutritious Home Cooked Meals
Menus are developed with a registered dietician. Special diets are followed per residents request or physician's orders.
